How to Use
Add 2 Tablespoons to 8 oz hot water
Steep covered for 20-30 minutes or overnight
Drink 1–4 cups daily - I’ve recommended up to 4 cups (1 quart) throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and with honey during labor and right after birth—with excellent results seen over three decades.
