Holy Basil (Tulsi)— a time-tested herb from Ayurvedic medicine that encourages healthy circulation to the brain, improved memory, and cortisol balance
Lemon Balm—is known to treat headaches and decrease hyperactivity in kids with ADHD. It also decreases stress and anxiety and reduces signs of aging in the brain
Add 2 tablespoons to 8 oz hot water or 1 oz (approximately 1/2 cup) to 1 quart of water
Steep covered for 20-30 minutes or overnight
Drink 1–4 cups daily
