The herbs in our Adrenal Support Tea have traditionally been used in some of the following ways:

Eleuthero Root (Siberian Ginseng)—helps provide the long term energy and the ability to cope with difficult stress

Licorice Root—an adaptogenic herb used for long term stress and adrenal gland fatigue

Stinging Nettle Leaf—superior tonic herb used to support the entire body  and to restore energy and a general feeling of well being and to support the immune system

Dandelion Leaf—restorative and rejuvenating, reducing inflammation throughout the body. A source of potassium and Vitamin A which are useful when the adrenal glands are stressed

REVIEWS

“Oh my goodness! I have been drinking flavorless tea this whole time!!! I had the Adrenal (Tea) and it is the most flavorful aroma and taste EVER!!! Absolutely life changing! I can’t wait to try the Antiviral (Tea) tomorrow! Thanks to Cxxxxx Mxxxx for the referral!!” Terri

Here I am making a quart of Adrenal Support Tea and Grief Tea Tea. Most days I drink 1 - 2 quarts of tea. Steeping the herbs for at least 30 minutes means my “tea” is technically an infusion, giving me all the great water soluble nutrients found in the herbs. I put the steeped herbs in my compost after straining and pour my tea into my favorite mug or smaller mason jar. Sometimes I just drink it out of the quart jar! I hate to wash anything I don’t have to. I generally drink it with nothing added, but you do you, and add your favorite sweetener as needed or desired. —Tamy
