Holy Basil — traditionally used to help the body adapt to stress and promote a sense of calm
Passionflower — known for supporting relaxation and easing restlessness, irritability, and difficulty falling asleep
Skullcap — a deeply supportive nervine traditionally used for nervous exhaustion and emotional tension
Chamomile — soothing and gentle; supports relaxation and emotional ease
Lavender — calming to the nervous system and uplifting to mood; traditionally used for tension and headaches
Lemon Balm — supports calm, balanced mood, restful sleep, and cognitive clarity
Oatstraw — nourishes and strengthens the nervous system; rich in B vitamins that support resilience to stress
Add 2 tablespoons to 8 oz hot water or 1 oz (approximately 1/2 cup) to 1 quart of water
Steep covered for 20–30 minutes or overnight
Drink 1–4 cups daily
In the evening or before bed
During times of stress, overwhelm, or disrupted sleep
