A DEEPER LOOK

This thoughtfully crafted blend brings together herbs traditionally used to support lactation and nourish the postpartum body. Gentle yet effective, it supports both milk production and the mother’s overall vitality.

These herbs have traditionally been used in some of the following ways:

Alfalfa — traditionally regarded as an important plant-based galactagogue known for stimulating breast milk production

Chamomile — soothing and calming, helpful for stress or restlessness in both mother and breastfeeding baby

Fennel Seed, Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle — traditionally used to support milk production and support digestion for both mom and baby

Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw & Red Clover Blossoms — deeply nourishing herbs rich in minerals that support milk supply and overall health

“Nourishing herbs…encourage a plentiful supply of breast milk and support the overall health of mother and child.” — Susun Weed

Lemon Balm — a gentle nervine used to calm stress, support sleep, and ease discomfort

Nettle Leaf — traditionally used to support milk production and build the blood after birth

Shatavari — an Ayurvedic tonic supporting the female hormonal system and lactation
