Fennel Seed, Fenugreek & Blessed Thistle — traditionally used to support milk production and support digestion for both mom and baby
Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw & Red Clover Blossoms — deeply nourishing herbs rich in minerals that support milk supply and overall health

Directions
Add 2 tablespoons to 8 oz hot water or 1 oz (approximately 1/2 cup) to 1 quart of water
Steep covered for 20-30 minutes or overnight
Drink 1–4 cups daily
Precautions
Consult your care provider if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have underlying health concerns. Some traditions recommend caution with Shatavari in early pregnancy.
