As a warm bath soak during periods of muscular tension, soreness, or recovery. Prepare as a strong tea infusion and add it to your bath with 1-2 cups Epsom salt if desired.
Add 1 oz (approximately 1/2 cup) of Muscle Soak Tea to 1 quart of water brought to a boil in a pan. Turn the heat off and cover the pan, letting the herbs steep for 20-30 minutes or overnight. Strain and compost the steeped herbs. Use immediately in the bath or refrigerate up to 2 -3 days.
