Who It’s For

  • Feeling emotional heaviness or heartache

  • Seeking comfort, grounding, and gentle support

  • Wanting a nourishing ritual to accompany your healing process

A Deeper Look

Grief touches both the emotional and physical heart. Many of the herbs in this blend have been traditionally used to support heart health while also holding space for emotional processing.

There is a natural bitterness in some of these herbs—mirroring the experience of grief itself. As we learn to sit with and integrate that bitterness, we also make space for healing, balance, and eventual sweetness.

This tea is not meant to rush the process, but to gently accompany you within it.

Tamy’s Tea Tips

Herbs that support the heart are often slightly bitter in taste—reflecting the emotional landscape of grief. You may choose to experience this as part of the process, or add your favorite sweetener as a symbol of what’s still to come.

Enjoy hot or over ice. A tablespoon of local honey can add warmth and comfort—sip slowly over time.

⚠️ Precaution

If you have a diagnosed heart condition, please consult your healthcare provider before using this tea or any herbal product.
