Recommended Brewing: Bring 8oz of water to boil. Pour over 2 Tablespoons of tea (or 1/2 cup of tea per quart). Cover and steep 20-30 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 cups daily two to three days prior to the date you expect your period. Continue drinking 2-3 cups with your period when you experience any heavy bleeding or cramping. Discontinue when you feel it is no longer needed and your flow stabilizes and is not heavy. Compost the strained herbs and make your garden happy. Consider also drinking Woman Support Tea throughout the month and during your period to support your body’s blood building, hormones and uterine toning.
